The journey there
Getting There
By air
Fly into Jaipur (JAI). The courtyard is 25 minutes from the terminal, traffic permitting — it rarely permits.
By rail
The overnight train from Delhi arrives at 6:00 AM, which leaves the whole day to sleep it off before the baraat.
The last mile
Cars run from the gate on Bhawani Singh Road from 4:00 PM. Look for the marigold ropes.
